Eastside Park & Ride Study

We received a grant from the Federal Transit Administration to study how to improve our E 122nd/Menlo Park and 181st Ave Park & Ride lots. We want to bring development that helps the community and neighborhood. Please review the information below and share your feedback.

Planning Study Goals

Design a project that is equitable, sustainable and creates economic opportunity.
Design a project that makes it easy to use transit and improves the area around it.
Identify problems and opportunities at the site.
Promote inclusive designs that welcome everyone, are easy to use and keep the community safe.
Create a flexible plan that can be delivered over time.
Identify the resources and funding to deliver the development projects.
Work with the community to make the plan part of the neighborhood.
Clearly communicate the project goals and what the project can achieve.
